I've never had the patience to draw scenery before, so I figured I'd try something new. It didn't turn out nearly as good as I hoped, I got too impatient towards the end... But it's been ages since I've submitted any traditional works, so here it is anyway.
I used some shots from a forest as a reference for the composition (one of my favourite places to go running, it's brilliant - and the chance of meeting anyone else there is close to none) and I added some stuff along the way, like the two paths and the background.
I shall be telling this with a sigh Somewhere ages and ages hence: Two roads diverged in a wood, and I— I took the one less traveled by, And that has made all the difference. Robert Frost
